Quality Workmanship is an essential part of our business and must be top priority.

Quality Objectives

Product fit and sizes – We typically build products that assemble together to create a final product, thus the fit between our
products is key to its perceived quality.

Product appearance – Many of our products are exposed and become part of the architecture of a building, thus appearance is
important.

Complete orders – If we build 100 items perfectly and somehow forget to not ship one item we don’t please our customer.

Shipping expectations – minimizing product damage during shipping and meeting delivery date & time expectations is another
part of our quality
