Round and Oval Duct

As a custom sheet metal fabrication shop, however, we have the equipment and skilled fabricators necessary to assemble any duct or fittings you might need. With custom fabrication being our niche, we place a strong emphasis on quick turnaround and high customer satisfaction. We keep specialized materials on hand for whatever needs you may have; low to high-pressure, industrial fumes, or medical exhaust systems.

We also mass produce a line of standard round HVAC fittings designed to fit spiral pipe, all of which are stocked for your immediate pick-up.

Our spiral pipe ranges from 3″ to 72″ in diameter in either single wall or double wall, up to 20ft long. We also stock over 2000 ft of 3” to 24” spiral pipe in 10’ lengths, ready to ship to your job. We most commonly manufacture spiral pipe and fittings out of galvanized steel, but we also keep specialized materials on hand, such as galvanneal (paint grip), PCD, aluminum, stainless steel, black iron, and perforated materials for more tailored needs. We also offer long seem welded pipe in a variety of lengths and gauges.

Our oval pipe and fittings range from 5” to 24” on the minor axis, 10’ Standard lengths, and can be built in single or double wall. Pipe with a minor axis above 24” we produce with a longitudinal seam in 5’ lengths. Our proprietary manufacturing process ensures a proper fit on all our oval pipe and fittings. Oval pipe and fittings can be built with slip style connections for smaller sizes, but similar to larger rectangle duct, needs reinforcement at larger sizes or positive or negative e static pressure concerns. We offer a flanged connection to simplify your installation process. Double wall Oval in any size is highly recommended you order as flanges to reduce your installation hours. Our sales team can help you decide what sizes to flange if your project is not engineered to specify which sizes must be flanged.

AccuFlanges or oval angle rings are options for the flanged joint connections, along with intermediate reinforcements to meet SMACNA standards. Always specify pressure class (positive and negative) when ordering ductwork.
